WAIKOLOA BEACH MARRIOTT HArvest 19 restaurant
Māla Designs is currently reimagining the landscape surrounding the new Harvest 19 restaurant at Marriott Waikoloa, creating a vibrant garden setting that celebrates Hawaiʻi's natural beauty and farm-to-table spirit. Lush tropical plantings, layered textures, and carefully selected species frame the dining experience while maintaining open sightlines and seamless connections between the restaurant and its surrounding landscape.
Inspired by the island's rich agricultural heritage, the design creates an inviting atmosphere where guests can dine immersed in nature. Every element has been thoughtfully composed to evoke a sense of place, blending beauty, comfort, and sustainability into a memorable outdoor dining experience that reflects the spirit of Hawaiʻi.
Hotel wailea private cottage gardens
At Hotel Wailea, Maui's only Relais & Châteaux property, Māla Designs enhanced the lush gardens surrounding the resort's private cottages to create an intimate retreat immersed in nature. A carefully curated blend of tropical plantings, rich textures, and fragrant blooms provides guests with a heightened sensory experience while reinforcing a sense of privacy and seclusion. Every garden was thoughtfully designed to evoke tranquility, inviting guests to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a serene escape in one of Maui's most exclusive luxury destinations.
